OSCARS 2014 AND JK PREDICTIONS

Well they are out – the 85th ACADEMY AWARD NOMINATIONS – otherwise known as OSCARS 2014. They are awarded on March 2nd in the US which will be 3rd in AUSTRALIA.

I see this as Leonardo’s year. His role in The Wold of Wall Street is Daniel Day Lewis excellent – my review out this week :). I see 12 Years a Slave winning the majority of awards and Gravity will take anything remotely technical. I really think Blanchett will not win and think Streep has had enough and will be pipped by Dame Judi Dench. Bullock’s performance is not Oscar worthy.

My selections for winners are highlighted below. What are your thoughts?
